三者、為破謗無菩提故。論云：「若無諸佛者，是則無菩提而可得，諸佛不得菩提也。」如經「如來所得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提，於是中無實無虛」等。

Third, it is to refute the slander that there is no bodhi. The treatise says: 'If there are no Buddhas, then there is no bodhi that can be attained, and Buddhas do not attain bodhi,' as the sūtra says: 'The anuttarā samyaksaṃbodhi attained by the Tathāgata is, in this, neither real nor unreal,' and so forth.
