1.62

論云：「遠離依止身見、眾生等相故。」無著云：「已斷我見，得自行平等相故，信解自他平等，顯示降伏心中攝散時，眾生想亦不轉，如彼爾炎。」

The treatise says: "Because they are far removed from the mark of relying on the view of a self, sentient beings, and so forth." Asaṅga says: "Having already eliminated the view of self and attained the mark of equanimity in their own practice, they have faith and understanding in the equality of self and others, showing that when distractions are gathered in the subdued mind, perceptions of sentient beings do not arise either, just like that cognizable object (jñeya)."
