○二十一、斷平等云何度生疑。論云「若法平等無高下者，云何如來度眾生？」

21. Severing the doubt: 'If it is equal, how are sentient beings liberated?' The treatise states: 'If dharmas are equal without high or low, how does the Tathāgata liberate sentient beings?'
