既離下。躡於前住以為方便之本，由無散亂則成其定，從定方能發慧觀而破之。

From "Having already abandoned..." down: steps upon the previous abiding to serve as the root of skillful means; because of freedom from distraction, one's concentration is accomplished; from concentration, one can then give rise to the contemplation of wisdom and destroy them.
