3.122

十四者，經從「須菩提！當來之世若有善男子、善女人，能於此經受持讀誦，乃至果報亦不可思議。」離智下。所離障。若耽寂無智，即是障非住，若離寂修智，即是住非障。

As for the fourteenth, the sūtra runs from: "Subhūti! In a future era, if there is a good man or good woman who can uphold, read, and recite this sūtra..." down to "...the retribution is also inconceivable." From "leaving behind wisdom..." downward, it is the obstacle to be abandoned. If one is addicted to quiescence and lacks wisdom, that is an obstacle and not an abiding; if one leaves behind quiescence and cultivates wisdom, that is an abiding and not an obstacle.
