3.179

根熟者。三賢已上菩薩，信根成熟永無退轉也。智慧力，即無分別智成就佛法，即隨其分位令證真如，乃於一法令達百千萬法明門等，斯則自利行也。教化力，即後得智，攝受眾生即隨其分位，令於百千萬億等世界中教化眾生，斯則利他行也。

"Those whose faculties are mature": bodhisattvas of the three stages of worthiness and above, whose faculties of faith have matured so that they never regress. The power of wisdom is nirvikalpa wisdom accomplishing the Buddha-Dharma, which causes them, in accordance with their respective stages, to realize tathatā, thereby enabling them to master hundreds of thousands of gates of illumination regarding a single dharma and so forth; this, then, is practice for one's own benefit. The power of transformation is the subsequent wisdom: gathering in sentient beings means, in accordance with their respective stages, causing them to teach and transform sentient beings in hundreds of thousands of kotis of worlds and so forth; this, then, is practice for the benefit of others.
