意云下。釋意。住何境界者，未發心時住六塵境，既發心已誠宜改轍，故云住何境界。

On "The meaning is..." and so forth: explaining the intention. Regarding "in what realm should they abide?": before generating the mind, they abide in the realms of the six dusts; having already generated the mind, they truly ought to change their course; hence it says, "in what realm should they abide?"
