修何下。未發心時十惡為務，既發心已不可依前，故云修何行業。
On "cultivate what..." and so forth: before generating the mind, the ten unwholesome deeds were their business; having already generated the mind, they cannot rely on their previous [ways]; hence it says, "what course of action should they cultivate?"
