有科下。二、斥他謬判。即大雲疏也。青龍即云：「舉終括始其義亦同。」

From "There is an outline" downward: second, refuting others' erroneous divisions. This refers to the Dayun commentary. Qinglong indeed said: "Presenting the end encompasses the beginning; its meaning is also the same."
