定出六欲者。欲界無定故，得定者生上二界故。《圓覺經》云：「棄愛樂捨還資愛本，便現有為增上善果。」

Regarding "concentration transcends the six desire [heavens]": because the desire realm lacks concentration, those who attain concentration are born in the two higher realms. The Perfect Enlightenment Sūtra states: "Abandoning craving and taking delight in renunciation still fosters the root of craving, instantly manifesting superior conditioned wholesome fruits."
