能取等者。心境俱亡也。以萬法雖多統唯心境，心境各有無量差別，故云一切也。
On 'Grasping subject…' and so forth: Mind and object are both annihilated. For though the myriad phenomena are numerous, they are collectively just mind and object; mind and object each have immeasurable distinctions, hence it says 'all'.
