不應等者。謂雖聞非法，不得如言便執空義，此遮一向執言者也。
On 'One should not…' and so forth: Even upon hearing 'non-phenomena', one must not, according to the words, immediately cling to the meaning of emptiness; this refutes those who cling exclusively to words.
