分別性者，一切諸法皆依妄念而有差別，念尚無念，法豈是法？故云非法。
On 'Conceptual nature': All phenomena have distinctions solely based on deluded thoughts; when thought itself is without thought, how could phenomena be phenomena? Therefore it says 'non-phenomena'.
