無所行者，即不作念也。故經中反說，即言若作是念，順釋即言實無所行。
"Having no practice": that is, not forming thoughts. Therefore, when stated in reverse in the sūtra, it says 'if one forms such a thought'; when explained directly, it says 'in reality there is no practice.'
