彼真如下。立理也。如《華嚴》云：「法性遍在一切處，一切眾生及國土，三世悉在無有餘，亦無形相而可得。」斯則處及塵塵時，該念念故也。

'That tathatā...' and so forth establishes the principle. As the Avataṃsaka says: 'The dharmatā is omnipresent in all places, / In all sentient beings and lands; / It is fully present across the three times without remainder, / Yet no shape or form can be grasped.' This means that space encompasses every dust mote and time encompasses every single thought-moment.
