第十疏初標章。若聖下。指疑起處。此從第三中來，準彼但云無為，不言真如。今所言者，揀餘無為故。所以揀者。欲顯所疑要成遍義，餘無為法有不遍故。

For the tenth [section], the beginning of the commentary first presents the section heading. 'If the noble...' and so forth indicates where the doubt arises. This comes from the third section; following that, it only mentioned asaṃskṛta, and did not speak of tathatā. What is spoken now is to single it out from other asaṃskṛtas. The reason for singling it out is that it wishes to reveal that the doubt requires establishing the meaning of omnipresence, whereas other asaṃskṛta dharmas have aspects that are not omnipresent.
