等及勝者。兩意：一則無有等此勝功德故，二則無有勝於此故。無有等於此故，故《心經》云：「是無上呪是無等等呪。」及即等義故，不別標也。

"Equal and superior": there are two meanings: first, because there is nothing equal to this superior merit; second, because there is nothing superior to this. Because there is nothing equal to this, the Heart Sūtra says: "It is the unsurpassed mantra, it is the unequalled mantra." As "and" here has the sense of "equal", it is not marked separately.
