樂小。經徵意云：云何唯為大乘者說？何故持說名為荷擔菩提？釋意云：以樂小者著我等見不能持說，故知能持能說，是最上乘荷擔菩提之者。

"Delighting in the lesser": the sūtra questions the intent, asking: Why is it spoken only for those of the Great Vehicle? Why is upholding and explaining called shouldering bodhi? Explaining the intent, it states: Because those who delight in the lesser cling to views of a self and so forth and cannot uphold and explain it, we know that those who can uphold and explain it belong to the supreme vehicle and shoulder bodhi.
