論云下。徵也。謂三疑之後、四果之前，已說寶施之喻，今復說者，豈不重耶？

"The treatise states, etc.": raising the question. It means that after the three doubts and before the four fruitions, the metaphor of the gift of jewels has already been spoken; now speaking it again, is it not repetitive?
