5.55

偈云下。釋也。謂前已一三千界寶施，此說無量三千界寶施，雖則總是多，若總是勝校量，然其後者，即多中之多、勝中之勝，故重說也。斯則言說重而義意不重。

"The verse states, etc.": the explanation. It means that previously there was the gift of jewels of one three-thousandfold world system, while here it speaks of the gift of jewels of immeasurable three-thousandfold world systems; although both are numerous and both are superior comparisons, the latter is the most numerous among the numerous and the most superior among the superior, hence it is spoken again. Thus the verbal expression is repeated, but the doctrinal meaning is not repeated.
