6.103

如佛法亦然者。佛既無身故現身，法亦無說故強說。以佛例法，故曰亦然。

"Just as with the Buddha, so too with the Dharma": since the Buddha has no body, he therefore manifests a body; the Dharma likewise has no teaching, so he expediently speaks. Using the Buddha as an analogy for the Dharma, it is therefore said, "so too."
