後得者。從根本後方得起故。亦名遍智、俗智、如量智，由能達俗，故名法眼也。
"Subsequent": because it arises only after the fundamental [cognition]. It is also named all-knowing wisdom, conventional wisdom, and quantitative wisdom; since it can penetrate conventional phenomena, it is named the Dharma eye.
