故云何下。二、正顯無分別理。即論釋經中不生法相，初句徵起，次句正顯。

Therefore, from "How..." onwards: second, directly displaying the principle of non-discrimination. This is the commentary's explanation of the sūtra's "not generating the characteristics of dharmas." The first phrase raises the question, and the next phrase directly reveals it.
