魏譯下。牒問也。或問曰：「魏譯九喻，秦經略三者，何也？」今此牒之。

From "the Wei translation" onward raises a question. Someone might ask: "The Wei translation has nine analogies, so why does the Qin translation omit three?" This is now raised.
