於涅槃等者。若被寂所縛即不自在，今寂而常用、用而常寂，是自在義。

"In nirvāṇa..." and so forth: if one is bound by quiescence, one lacks mastery; now, being quiescent yet always functioning, and functioning yet always quiescent, is the meaning of mastery.
