此中下。顯偏說之意。然據不斷生死利益眾生，但成大悲不住涅槃，如其具論，亦須不住生死，方成如所住法。

"Herein..." and below reveals the intent of speaking one-sidedly. In terms of not severing saṃsāra to benefit sentient beings, it only accomplishes great compassion not abiding in nirvāṇa; if discussed fully, one must also not abide in saṃsāra to fulfill "according to the phenomenon in which they abide".
