Fourth, the sūtra runs from: "Subhūti! What do you think? Can the Buddha be seen by means of the complete form body?" down to "...this is called the completeness of all marks." This explains the Tathāgata's completeness of true and response bodies. As the sūtra says: "is not the complete form body," which explains the true body.
