"Now not discriminating" means not generating the characteristics of dharmas, which extends throughout the ten bhūmis and the Buddha stage. Although there are differences between complete and partial, all employ the fundamental non-discriminating wisdom to directly realize the principle of truth. As the Vijñaptimātratā Verse on the Path of Seeing says: "When regarding the cognitive object, / wisdom obtains nothing whatsoever, / at that time one abides in consciousness-only, / because of being free from the features of the two graspings."
