就第四、顯法殊勝文中，大分有四可知。又言非眾生非不眾生者，若有信此經，彼人即非眾生，非不聖體故也；非不眾生者，以有聖體故。彼人非凡夫眾生，非不是聖體眾生。又言眾生眾生者如來說非眾生，是名眾生故。如來說非眾生者，非凡夫眾生也。

Regarding the fourth [part], the text showing the supremacy of the Dharma, there are broadly four [sections] to be recognized. Further, regarding the statement 'neither sentient beings nor non-sentient beings': if someone has faith in this sūtra, that person is not a sentient being, because they are not without a noble essence; they are 'not non-sentient beings' because they possess a noble essence. That person is not an ordinary sentient being, nor are they not a noble-essence sentient being. Furthermore, it says: 'Sentient beings, sentient beings—the Tathāgata says are not sentient beings, therefore they are called sentient beings.' When the Tathāgata says 'not sentient beings,' he means they are not ordinary sentient beings.
