"Subhūti, a bodhisattva who resolves upon anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi should thus know, thus see, thus believe, and thus not abide in the marks of dharmas. Why is this? Subhūti, what are called marks of dharmas, the Tathāgata has said are not marks of dharmas; these are named marks of dharmas. Subhūti, if a bodhisattva-mahāsattva were to take the seven treasures filling measureless asaṃkhyeya worlds and give them in alms; and if a good man or good woman who resolves upon the bodhisattva mind were to accept, uphold, read, recite, and explain for others even as little as a four-line verse from this Prajñāpāramitā Sūtra, their merit would surpass the former by measureless asaṃkhyeyas."
