「復有萬萬億」下，第三列天眾。文二：先列色、次列欲。初文四：一數、二處、三德、四結。今初。以萬數萬，故云萬萬億也。

From "there are further myriad myriad billions" down, the third lists the assembly of devas. The text has two parts: first, listing the form realm; next, listing the desire realm. The first text has four parts: first, the number; second, the place; third, the virtues; and fourth, the conclusion. Now, the first. Counting myriads by myriads, it therefore says myriad myriad billions.
