問：何故但說十地？答：地前三賢，賢而非聖，不名本業清淨。妙覺一地妙果已圓，故於因中舉十地。

Question: Why speak only of the daśabhūmi? Answer: The three ranks of worthies prior to the grounds are worthies but not noble ones, so their fundamental karma is not termed pure. At the single ground of wondrous awakening, the wondrous fruit is already perfected; therefore, among the causes, the daśabhūmi are highlighted.
