5.27

「大王」下，第二明能化如幻。以菩薩見眾生不實，猶如病眼見空華。眾生不知，故為宣說皆是假。菩薩之力用也。

From "Great King" below, second is clarifying that the transformer is like an illusion. Because the bodhisattva sees that sentient beings are unreal, like a diseased eye seeing flowers in the sky. Sentient beings do not know this, so [the bodhisattva] expounds for them that all are provisional. This is the power and function of a bodhisattva.
