「時諸」下，第三明時眾得益。文二：一明得忍，謂地前地上，乃至一地下。二明地上德行。

From "At that time, all..." below, third is clarifying the assembly at that time attaining benefit. There are two parts: first clarifying the attainment of patience, referring to before the stages and on the stages, even below the first stage; second clarifying the virtuous practices on the stages.
