三初勸月光。「天上人中」下，二勸六道也。「未來世中」下，三勸諸小王也。

The third [section] first exhorts Candraprabha. From "in heaven and among humans" onward, second, it exhorts the six destinies. From "in future ages" onward, third, it exhorts the lesser kings.
