From "Abiding in ineffable..." onward is the tenth [ground], explaining the ground of Dharma-clouds (dharmameghā-bhūmi). The *Daśabhūmika Sūtra* says one becomes the king of the Maheśvara heaven, king over three thousand realms; the *Yingluo jing* says one becomes the king of the Great Pure Abode. Maheśvara, Great Pure Abode, and Great Pure Heaven are all the same. The fulfillment of learning and practice is called the "samādhi of exhausting principle." There is only one practice that is the Tathāgata's practice, namely Mahāparinirvāṇa; the bodhisattva also attains it, which is called "sharing the sphere of the Buddha's practice." Ignorance is the root of the three realms; when this delusion is exhausted, the origin of the three realms is completely exhausted.
