其國土中下，第三明七難。文有二：初總明法力能為滅七難、能生七福。次從云何為難下，別列七難，明經力能滅。言七難者，一日月失度、二星宿變異、三火災、四水災、五風災、六旱災、七賊。

From "In those states" onward is the third [section], clarifying the seven calamities. The text has two parts: first, generally clarifying that the power of the Dharma can eliminate the seven calamities and produce the seven blessings. Next, from "What are the calamities?" onward, individually listing the seven calamities and clarifying that the power of the sūtra can eliminate them. As for the seven calamities: 1. sun and moon losing their courses; 2. abnormalities of constellations; 3. fire calamities; 4. water calamities; 5. wind calamities; 6. drought calamities; 7. bandits.
