第二地上行華。文有三：初明散華變成白雲臺；二明臺中光明王佛說般若；三臺中大眾持雷吼華散釋迦及大眾也。

Second, the practice-flowers of those on the bhūmis. The text has three [parts]: First, it explains that the scattered flowers transformed into a terrace of white clouds; second, it explains that within the terrace King of Radiant Light Buddha preached prajñā; third, the great assembly within the terrace held thunder-roaring flowers and scattered them over Śākyamuni and the great assembly.
