釋曰：第二一偈頌其正位。謂十住菩薩習種性，作銅輪王，王二天下。十行菩薩性種性，銀輪王，王三天下。十迴向菩薩道種性，金輪王，王四天下。言七寶者，輪寶、主兵臣寶、主藏臣寶、象寶、馬寶、女寶、如意珠寶。

Explanation: The second [section of] one verse praises their correct stages. This means that a bodhisattva of the ten abodes is of the practice gotra, becoming a copper wheel-turning king who rules over two continents. A bodhisattva of the ten practices is of the nature gotra, becoming a silver wheel-turning king who rules over three continents. A bodhisattva of the ten dedications is of the path gotra, becoming a gold wheel-turning king who rules over four continents. As for 'the seven treasures', they are the wheel treasure, the military commander treasure, the treasury minister treasure, the elephant treasure, the horse treasure, the woman treasure, and the wish-fulfilling jewel treasure.
