經：立統官（至）都非吾法。

Sūtra: They will establish administrative officials [to regulate the assembly, set up registers to record the Saṃgha, with bhikṣus standing on the ground and white-robed laity sitting high, and soldiers and slaves becoming bhikṣus. You should know that those who accept individual invitations] are entirely not of my Dharma.
