Exposition: This is the second part: analogously explaining the [other] four aggregates and all dharmas. It means that just as the consciousness aggregate previously is precisely abiding and precisely ceasing, precisely existent and precisely empty, so too and so forth through feeling, perception, formations, and form; and outside of the five aggregates, the various categories starting from existence onward, such as the twelve links of dependent origination, are also like this.
