經：「發於十信，所謂信心、念心、精進心、慧心、定心、不退心、戒心、願心、護法心、迴向心，具此十心。」
The sūtra says: 'They generate the ten faiths, namely: the faithful mind, the mindful mind, the vigorous mind, the wise mind, the focused mind, the non-retrogressing mind, the precept-keeping mind, the aspiring mind, the Dharma-protecting mind, and the dedicating mind; they are endowed with these ten minds.'
