解曰：佛言已下，牒前問也。從初一地者，歡喜地也。至後一地者，法雲地也。自所行處者，一一地中菩薩行處。及佛行處者，即彼十地，佛化處也。又第十一地，如來行處也。一切知見者，菩薩諸佛證真達俗，如實知見行二利也。

The commentary states: From 'The Buddha said' onward restates the prior question. 'From the first bhūmi' refers to the Joyous Bhūmi (pramuditā-bhūmi). 'To the last bhūmi' refers to the Cloud of Dharma Bhūmi (dharmameghā-bhūmi). 'Their own sphere of practice' refers to the sphere of practice of bodhisattvas in each and every bhūmi. 'And the Buddhas' sphere of practice' refers to those very ten bhūmis being the spheres of transformation of the Buddhas. Furthermore, the eleventh bhūmi is the sphere of practice of the Tathāgatas. 'All-knowledge and vision' means that the bodhisattvas and all Buddhas realize the real and master the conventional, truly knowing and seeing to practice the two benefits.
