解曰：由智證理，理無二故。由智達事，事相皆如故。說諸佛與一切法悉皆如矣。從此第二問答修證。於中分二：且初第一波斯匿王問。

Exposition: Because cognition realizes principle, principle is non-dual. Because cognition penetrates phenomena, phenomenal characteristics are all suchness. Therefore it says that all buddhas and all phenomena are all suchness. From here, the second section is the dialogue on cultivation and realization. Within this there are two parts; first is King Prasenajit's question.
