次、修堅力，禁制染心，勿隨惑轉；雖遭大苦，修行無苦；怖畏無動，勇猛思擇，堅持自性。

Next is cultivating steadfast power: restraining the tainted mind so that it does not follow along with defilements; although encountering great suffering, practicing without [feeling] suffering; remaining unmoved by terror, courageously reflecting and discerning, and firmly upholding one's own nature.
