"The consumer and the consumed,
That which this depends upon and the body's abode,
The ability to see this in accordance with principle,
And the emptiness of the two truths that is sought.
To constantly benefit sentient beings,
To not abandon saṃsāra,
And so that wholesome roots may be inexhaustible,
One therefore contemplates these as empty.
For the purity of the lineage,
To attain the various marks and signs,
And to purify all Buddha dharmas,
The bodhisattva therefore contemplates emptiness.
The person and dharmas,
Neither possesses true nature;
Because of this non-nature and existent nature,
Two emptinesses are separately established."
