此即第二遣十二處故。今略說十二處義，三門分別。一、明教興，二、釋名字，三、出體性。

This is the second, because it eliminates the twelve bases. Now we briefly explain the meaning of the twelve bases, distinguishing them through three gates: first, clarifying the arising of the teaching; second, explaining the names; third, identifying the essence.
