問：「病何非支？」答：「不遍、定故。老雖不定，遍故立支，諸界趣生，除中夭者，將終皆有衰朽行故。」

Question: "Why is illness not a branch?" Answer: "Because it is neither pervasive nor necessary. Although aging is not necessary, it is pervasive, so it is established as a branch: across all realms, destinies, and modes of birth, except for those who die prematurely, all have the activity of decay when approaching their end."
