「爾時會中」，此下是第五瑞相。大眾歡喜，好事應來預通靈瑞，表必說《法華》，即是相也；有密報之能，即是瑞也。

"At that time in the assembly" and so forth below is the fifth auspicious sign. The great assembly rejoiced; when a good event is about to arrive, a spiritual portent is heralded in advance. Signifying that he must expound the Lotus Sūtra is the sign; possessing the capacity of a secret intimation is the portent.
