3.46

「我有方便力示以三乘教」，此下兩偈頌上第二不虛妄。就中自有二：初一行偈先舉釋迦同諸佛先三後一不虛妄；第二「今此諸大眾」下一行，勸信結不虛妄也。

"I, by the power of skilful means, show them the teaching of the three vehicles": the two stanzas below verse the second [topic] above, non-deceptiveness. Within this there are naturally two parts: First, one stanza first adduces Śākya[muni] as being identical to all Buddhas in [teaching] the three first and the One later as not being deceptive; second, the one stanza from "Now this great assembly" downward exhorts faith and concludes non-deceptiveness.
